The agreement for using Mycelial.

Mycelial is run by Josh Wolf, doing business as TranquilTech. By creating an account you agree to what follows. Questions go to josh@tranquiltech.solutions.

What Mycelial is

A network of online Groves for community and presence, led by peers and garden tenders. It is not therapy, medical care, or a crisis service, and nothing here is medical advice. It does not provide or help anyone obtain any controlled substance. If you are in danger, call or text 988 in the United States, or your local emergency number.

Who can join

You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.

How we treat each other

• Each Grove has a charter written by its garden tender. Follow it when you are there.
• No harassment, threats, hate, or sharing someone else's private information.
• No selling, recruiting, or promoting in Groves unless the charter allows it.
• No sourcing, selling or arranging controlled substances.
• What someone shares in a Grove or a RootSignal room stays there.

What you post

You own what you write. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people it is meant for, which is all we use it for. You are responsible for what you post.

When things go wrong

Garden tenders can remove posts and members from their Groves under the Grove's charter. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

The service itself

Mycelial is early and provided as it is. It may change, pause, or have gaps. To the extent the law allows, TranquilTech is not liable for losses that come from using it.
